During 2019, Know Hub Chile carried out several activities. A good summary of what we performed is the slogan we coined: Collaborating to transform science into innovation.
During 2019, Know Hub Chile carried out several activities. A good summary of what we performed is the slogan we coined: Collaborating to transform science into innovation.
Science is our raw material, which comes mainly from our 11 partners’ research results. Our purpose is to transform that raw material into innovation: in products and services with a positive impact on society and the market. Obviously, we collaborate with our partners, but also with a series of national and international ecosystem players.
How do we make this transformation happen? Through our seven programmes, Know Hub Ignition being the best known of them, initiative, supporting creation, maturity and internationalization of science and technology-based entrepreneurships.
It’s also worth mentioning the creation of Know Hub Bridge programme, which in 2020 had to change its focus to respond to the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic: this is how the OpenBridge Covid-19 call arises, which delivered $60 million to three initiatives.
