DISCOVER OUR 2018-2021 REPORT!
Our report for the 2018-2021 period is now available, so you can learn in more detail about the work we have done since our creation four years ago.
The Know Hub Chile corporation was founded on January 23, 2018, with seven universities and three research centers and institutes as partners. The initiative arose from Corfo’s “Technology Transfer Hubs” call, launched in 2015 and awarded in 2016.
In 2019, a new university joined as a partner, the first Know Hub Ignition program was launched, and Javier Ramírez became the corporation’s executive director.
In 2020, the corporation took on challenges stemming from the pandemic without slowing down, launching Know Hub Building, OpenBridge Covid-19, Beyond Academy and Avante.
At the start of 2021, Know Hub Chile closed its first license with international reach and added new programs to its lineup. That year, technology transfer hubs also became one of the instruments of the National Research and Development Agency (ANID).
We invite you to read our report to better understand our mission as Know Hub Chile and our main milestones.
